BEWARE! SCAMMERS! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I had a horrible, nightmare experience.Salesman ****** informed me I was approved for the 2024 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 listed on their website at $17,960 at a 5.5% finance interest rate. He also told me it was ok to bring in my 2023 Kawasaki KX450SR (4hrs on the machine, like new condition all around) with a $9,600 lien balance, but would be flat, right at value, but would take it in and do a full pay-off. I agreed.I traveled 4hrs+ and upon arrival ****** quickly glanced at the **** told me this was it, do you have any questions. Then without discussing the *** info first, he asked to unload the bike, ODD, but never imagined the following would occur READ ONWalker and the Sales Manager **** had me sit and inform me that interest was at 19.9%. I questioned it and they came back with a 9.5%. I wasnt happy as it was double of what I was told over the phone, but agreed to proceed.After a 5hr wait, they told me the paperwork was ready. Upon reviewing the bill of sale selling price was jacked up to $23,200 and totaling to $27,960 with fees and trade in! I did not travel 4hrs+ to waste my time, my trucks gas, put miles on my truck, spend on a rented trailer which I had to extend the rental time due to delays, get lied to about my approval finance interest rate, wait 5hrs for paperwork preparation, paperwork itemized charges be inaccurately noted and attempt to scam me by $5,000 on my trade->they pay my lien balance of $4,600 and by the way tried to keep my bike on attempt to re-sell and make more profit ALL without telling me until I caught this during the sell review. When I asked for clarification, the **** had a long pause of silence and back to back excuses trying to convince me this was a deal. They still had the face to try to convince me to still buy their unit and keep my bike before I left.DISGUSTING, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Unfortunately, we were not able to make a deal with *********************. Without going into details she was not able to get the deal she was hoping for.
