    Initial bad installation of faulty unit was on or about 1-31-21. On or about 6-23-21, air conditioner was not working, due to improper electric hook-up. Unauthorized work by ******** employee was performed, and I am being billed. I certified-mailed owner, thru USPS, Jeff ********, who never contacted me or had electric plug-in connected. Now this unit furnace does not work, due to bad blower motor. I phoned Jeff ******** on Nov. 27,2023, asking him to call and come for repairs. I did not receive a call so I called again on Nov. 30, 2023, and was told that I am put on "credit hold". I asked for who is in charge and was told, Mike Collins. I asked MIke to call me, but he has not. I still do not have heat from this unit, which has a labor-free 5 year warranty, am charged for something that I did not authorize, and the unit plug-in still is not hooked-up.

    They screwed up our unit multiple times and then wanted to charge us for the problem. The last time they were here was august of 2022, the ***************** from their office proceeded to call me today saying that I owe an invoice for 450 dollars. I tried explaining to him that I didnt owe it. He then proceeded to talk down to me, followed by yelling at me and then hanging up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have since had another company take over servicing our unit and have had absolutely no issues with it. Makes me think Galmiche and sons is doing something shady for sure.

    Galmiche and Sons installed a new system for ************** in 2015 and have done our yearly maintenance on the system since. The only issue that arose was a leak in the evaporator coil from the manufacturer. The Evaporator Coil itself was still under warranty which we honored, but we were outside of the labor warranty, therefore the agreed upon flat rate charge to replace the coil under warranty is $450.00, that is still due from **************. The implication that Galmiche and Sons is "Doing Something Shady" is an unfortunate accusation that is untrue as we honored all warranties and services since 2015. Galmiche and Sons always stands behind their work and will continue to do so.
