Beginning on Wednesday December 28th 2021 I contacted EWS regarding a failed software associated with their water filtration system that was purchased new and under warranty. I was told that the system software was faulty and that a new system would be ordered and delivered to my home. I confirmed this via email with them at ************************************************* I was told that the parts were on back order and would be ***** weeks. I never received the parts nor was I ever contacted by EWS. On May 19, 2022, now nearly 20 weeks later i contacted EWS via email and was told that the parts were still on order. On August 28, 2022 I again contacted EWS via email it now being 32 weeks without the parts being delivered and zero contact from EWS. I requested a call from their CEO. Zero response. I gave the a final warning one week later telling them via email that if I didn't hear from their CEO by close of business on Friday September 16, 2022 I would be filing a BBB formal complaint. I never heard from anyone via telephone or email. Hence this complaint. It has now been about 36 weeks dealing with their defective product without resolution.
