I had an appointment for 3:30 to fix a leak in my bathroom. I waited until 8:00 to call as the leak was getting worse to see when they would arrive. The women on the phone told me they sent three text messages to say if I still wanted the service since I didn't answer they canceled the call. I checked my text messages and didn't see a text message I brought this to her attention. Her response was to slam the phone down and disconnect. Customer service?????

Sir, we reviewed your comments and researched the issue to determine what went wrong with your service call. The reason you did not receive the text notifications was due to your phone number being off by one digit when entered into our system. The afterhours person who answered your call that evening asked if you wanted to reschedule but you declined. I'm certain it was not her intention to leave you feeling like we don't value our customers.

Our customers are our top priority, and we strive to always provide the best customer service. Occasionally things go wrong, but we are always ready to do what we can to make it right.

We apologize for the confusion and would greatly appreciate if you would give us a chance to make it up to you.

I called Butter Pluming after waiting for my home warrenty program and their location selected plumbing company to agree to preform replacing my water heater. (5 days and as I write this still waiting.) The warrenty compamy oked the replacement, but the local plummer refused to do the replacement until their restoration co. replaced and repaired my garage walls. I asked for them to point out the damage and give me an estimate. Never did. The plumbing co. manager was to call today and give me the details etc. No phone call yet. I decided I had enough and could not wait any longer to get a waterheater. The main reason was lack of trust. I called Butter Plumbing at noon today after the warrenty co. did not keep their schedule phone appointment. A 3:30 appointment was scheduled and I now have a hot water heater. John the plumer was on time, explained my opitions, and did the job in a very professional way. No wasted time, no hesition on the correct next step, and never stopped until the job complete and working. I can not say enough good things about John, it was a pleasure watch a professonal work. Margaret, the recepionist, was very helpful and pleasent during the experience. This was very good expierience after dealing with the warrent go for five days and who i will cancell tomorrow. The service man was very personable and professional, and completed the maintenance on my water heater in a thorough fashion. He also checked the pressure, and made sure all service tags were installed. He did an awesome job.

Our technician Fernando ******** gave us excellent service. He inspected all areas of the house. He went over what we needed to change our house pressure points. My husband and I are very pleased.
