    Hi. My hot water heater went out. My home warranty told me to chose anyone I want to. I picked them. They came and said that instead of replacing the one I had (very nice expensive apparently) to bring it back to the old way because he said my hook *** werent right. Im new home owner. No idea what that mean. After fixing everything he did not give me an invoice with any specific information as to what he did my home warranty contacted me and asked me what he did and why they want an explanation as to why he didnt replace the original unit. This company has dodged my home warrantys phone calls for over three months they will not reply to emails to me they had sent back to me and are blocked they told me to go ahead and try to get my money back through the bank told me its its illegal for me to do that but its I dont think that it is because they wont give my home warranty information after I have emailed them several times telling them that it is OK to release any information my home warranty company needs I believe that this company Precicion Plumbing is fraudulent that they did something wrong to my house and they dont want to admit it so they are ignoring me.

    We are selling our house and were aware that our water heater was not up to code so we had precision come out to make sure everything was going to be up to code and paid $1,400.00. After their job, we had an inspector come out who told us that the TPR Valve Discharge Pipe was piped upwards and that the job the precision did was still not up to code and that this was a “safety issue”. The inspector also advised that the vent connector/draft hood was loose. I called precision and told them that we need someone to come out to fix these issues as they were just out a few weeks prior to make everything up to code and the inspector advised they were not. We schedule someone to come out between 9-11 on the 15th of January. At 12pm the next day I called to see where a technician was and the agent told me that the specific person was not working today. They then scheduled me for the next day, same time. They came out, fixed the problem and sent me a BLANK invoice which showed absolutely nothing about what they actually fixed. I’ve been trying for three days to get an updated invoice to send to the inspector this way they know that the problem the buyers of my home are requesting to be fixed have actually been fixed and a BLANK invoice doesn’t show anything. They refuse to send me an invoice or allow me to speak to any supervisor.
