            I purchased a acls course that my employer won't recognize since it's not american heart association course. I contacted them multiple times discussing the problem. A rep contacted me and did they will give me a full refund. A whole 2 weeks have passed and they claim they sent out a amazon gift card to my Amazon associated email. I keep emailing them explaining how I never received it and they keep asking me to make sure I check the email is correct. They claim they can't credit my card used do to me getting a new card since old one has expired. I'm now frustrated with this and I'm hoping you guys can assist. I uploaded a couple email's from them. Please let me know if I can assist more in resolving this issue.Thanks, ******
