    I filed an insurance claim from property that was damaged while being transported by them. I filed and completed this on Jan 24 and was told I would be paid within 30 days. As of today April 13 I have not been paid. We were told by Champion Movers to file with their third party insurance company. We did everything per their instructions and still have not been paid. I call every week just to hear what excuse they will give me. It's a measley $195. Not sure what the issue is, but tired of all the c*** They owe us a lot more than that, but we settled for that amount just to be done with them. Should not take 3 months, completely unacceptable

    How does such a dishonest, unreliable and irresponsible company have such a high BBB rating?! They did everything you hope a moving company doesn’t do: broke, chipped, scratched, lost wheels, or smashed 50-60% of our 3 bedroom home. It literally took me 3 days of 9 hours a day to get pics, weight, item descriptions and everything else they want to file your claim. They delivered 2 days late (no offer but a sorry for late delay) so stuck in a new state and empty home with nothing. Then when they get there they HOLD OUR PROPERTY HOSTAGE and wanted CASH ONLY almost $3,000–we were stuck & needed our belongings of course! Didn’t know who to call. Couldn’t show us the weight claim coming over state line which I now know is something they should be able to show. We were missing items too! So when we got out claim all together finally the SO-CALLED NEUTRAL company looking at my claim of item replacement costs called me like 3 days later and said that Champion said to stop reviewing the claim because they didn’t want to move forward with it anymore with them involved. I was confused and said “why would you stop if you are a neutral party and I’m filing a dispute for broken/scratched/smashed/miss- ing items & they Rolf’s me that they actually work for Champion!!!!! What kind of neutral freaking claim dispute company is THAT?! Can you say flabbergasted?! Oompa Loompas could’ve done a better job! I asked for $2,500 refund and they said all they were willing to do was pay $800 ONLY IF I REMOVED my bad complaint from online. I said fine because BBB doesn’t handle moving company disputes. They paid $800 and I realized, they can’t stop me from FREE SPEECH — sue me. I still have all my evidence and am ready!!! Paying customers to remove negative reviews so you look good is ********. Who do I you think you are?! You blow so hard and I’ve done nothing but talk bad about you and blast you apart to every person every chance I get!
