As soon as I walked in the door Security stared me down and then proceeded to follow me to the PUB in the back of the casino where I ordered food from. I tried to stop a woman who was walking around with what I thought was some sort of Authority but she wouldn't listen. And said I had a bad attitude. And I'm all honesty they put me in that mood as soon as I walked in the door. They wouldn't leave me alone all of security staff was following me at this point. I waited for my food and then proceeded to walk out where the same security guard was still following me as I unlocked my bike from the rack. He then said " smile for the camera fool " called me a fool. I'm 42 years old and a female I didn't deserve this treatment. Please advise staff that everyone is going into the casino to nod off on slot machines. I was there to get something to eat and sit at a slot while I waited for my food.

I was in the casino Nov 13 at 5:30pm talking to a guy awhile having a great time and he took my number down for graphics. He left, and forgot his phone. It rang and i told his cousin I have the phone and tell him to come back to where he playing. So time went by and he came back and got it. So I went and stood over by wife because she was still playing. All of a sudden there's two security and a cop standing in front of me asking me where's the phone you took. I said what, I said the guy came and got it. Wife jumped up and went off on him and the cop said I am talking to him, not you. I said did you review the footage before you harassed me? He said no, their doing that right now. Then he said, ok your good thanks. I said no apology? He said for what? Then he said if it makes u feel better i apologize very rudely. I said to late now, and its ok I am used to being harassed. And they all walked away. This completely ruined my day. I frequently visit Arizona Charlies but am starting to think I should stop visiting this location. 0 stars

On 08/01/21 , I visited Arizona Charlies restaurant and casino. There was no management available in the restaurant to complain about not adhering to the mask mandate. In the casino, there were numerous patrons at gambling station not wearing masks. They were being served by cocktail servers and visible to security guards that were walking beside them. I believe this needs to be reported to a state or federal agency. Arizona Charlies needs to adhere to policies to protect all patrons from COVID.
