The Alexis All Suite Park Resort Hotel does not meet the standards it advertises to potential guests. The rooms are not completely renovated. It is very hazardous, no elevators, shaky steps and railings. The mini fridge wobbles out of place. Doors in the room will not close without excessive force. Horrible guest service especially from Ron the head of security. Who is combative and aggressive. From previous reviews he finds reasons to overcharge guests for unnecessary fees that claim the guests caused damages to the property. We would like an apology and for the corporation to reprimand him by removing him from his position. Do it for future guests and for current and future employees. He made his employee Marcus burn his hand while trying to extinguish a fire pit that was unintentionally used against company policy. We feel we have been racially profiled and completely disrespected because there are not any rules against the use of a grill, while there are clear signs of glass bottles in the pool area that are absolutely prohibited but the guests in engaged in the act were not reprimanded nor ridiculed. There were easily over 30 empty bottles surrounding pool 3 that were left overnight! But within 10mins of lighting the fire to the grill the maintenance employee saw us start and did not tell us it was against the rules there was Ron and one of collegues in a cart to tell us to remove the pit immediately.
