              I had work done on my garage and was told that I paid in full for a year of a service club at that time that included a 6 months maintenance service but after 11 months received a random bill for the first time charging me for service since September. I did not agree to ongoing service charges and never received a bill for those services until I was told that there was a past due bill and even that had 4 charges in the same month. As a rule I never agree to ongoing service charges of this type (unless I pay in full up front) and have made many attempts to get this corrected but have not received any help even though I was told that this was a computer glitch and that I had indeed paid in full for that service year by a representative and wasted many hours on the phone attempting to get this resolved. I would have corrected it immediately if a bill had been sent to me even at all. I also did not receive any tune ups or further maintenance from this company or any contact from them prior to that one bill almost a year later.

              I ordered two new replacement garage doors from A1 Garage Door Service several months ago. I was told that the doors would be delivered in October, 2021. I have called their office several times trying to find out where my doors are and when they would be installed. No one who answers the phone in that office knows anything. All you get is "someone will call you in 24 hours" and of course, no one calls. I had a similar problem trying to get someone in their office to sign off on an HOA form which is required by my HOA before any work can begin. Again, there was no response for several days until I called their main office in Phoenix. This company had no problem cashing my check for deposit immediately, but once they have your money, there is no more "customer service". This company should be sanctioned until they learn that if it weren't for customers like me, they would have no business! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT YOUR PROJECT!

              I have very disappointed in the follow up service I have received from A1. I was experiencing erratic garage opening this spring and contacted A1 to diagnose. Technician, Jason, advised that I had a bad circuit board. He advised that I have the opener replaced due to the age of my opener which was installed upon purchase of newly constructed condo in 2004 which I did. He also replaced the rollers and advised I should clean out grease from the rails. He also suggested I consider replacing the coil as it could also go out at any time given the age, so I also had that replaced at a later date by a different technician, Shawn. Jason also replaced the weatherstripping on garage door which doesn't fit properly. I have since requested that A1 replace the weatherstripping, but they sent out Shawn who said it was fine, which I dispute. I contacted my credit card company and have been advised that if I have the weatherstripping replaced by a different garage door company, they will assist me with filing a dispute for charges by A1. I never dreamed that after spending so much money with A1 this year they would not agree to replace the weatherstripping. This plus the fact that I have been advised by friends and acquaintances that I was overcharged for garage door opener has left me feeling that I was taken advantage of and should have done more research before making such a large investment. This is the last time I will ever use this company, that's for sure.

              I have made 4 attempts to call Mrs G***** Her phone number rings many times and then ends. There is no voicemail set up on her phone, So I am unable to leave a message. Also I have attempted to text this customer. Her phone apparently does not receive texts. All phone call attempts are documented.

              Bruce is correct. I do not have voicemail on my home phone number so I apparently missed his returned calls. I never give out my cell phone number to anyone. Bruce did contact me this morning, however, and has offered a monetary resolution which I have accepted. I appreciated the opportunity to finally have the opportunity to explain my issue with him personally.
