This company is a scam. I submitted my deposit and reserved my seat to attend the Oct 30-31st square principle seminar back in August of 2021, and made the flight and hotel reservations a couple of weeks later. Then in October I received a request from their customer service rep claiming they need to conduct an online background investigation before being allowed to the seminar. A few days later I received an email claiming I did not pass the online background investigation, and after I demanded the reason, I was able to eventually speak on the phone with the owner, David W*******, and he claims I was being denied entry due to having found some info online pertaining to me having visited some file sharing websites where people share/sell/post (trading) courses, and that he (David) was concerned of people sharing his material online. I demanded for proof of the "report" and the name of the company that conducted said online background investigation so I can challenge those results, as the info is not only incorrect, but I told him that I also had every receipt of all the trading courses I have purchased over the years. I ended up losing my money, and he communicated via his customer service representative that he will NOT refund me the money lost, and did not even have the decency to provide the proof I requested from him that show that I have been involved in any illegal sharing of such material(s), nor does he return my calls after several attempts. Additionally, when I filed a complaint with the BBB, he responded with false claims/allegations, like claiming that I was never a customer of Pagetrader, but yet I have the receipt from his company and the credit card statements showing otherwise. Not only did I provide all the necessary evidence to the BBB personnel disproving all his false claims, but I also have a legally recorded phone conversation (as per N.Y. Penal Law §§ 250.00, 250.05, and Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2511), for anyone interested in hearing him asking me to first sign up to any of his paid services in order for him to take me into consideration and allowing me to attend said seminar. If and when David W******* is willing to contact me with the intent to come to a peaceful resolution regarding this situation, that's when I'll go ahead and delete this review.
