Scammers!!! Crooks!! We went to buy a car and paid $500 cash down payment. They let us take the car home after we signed the paperwork. Then about a week later they called us to say the bank rejected our deal cause they thought our paycheck stubs were fake. I explained i use an online company to do my paycheck stubs for myself and all employees because i am self employed. They said okay and said they will go through a different bank. After 3 weeks of having the car they said they wanted it back. My mother had passed so i was out of state with the car. Upon returning we brought the car back and asked for our down payment back. They lied and said they would give it to us the next day. The next day came and we called to see if we could come down and they left us on hold for30 minutes until they closed. We called and stopped by several more times just to get the run around until finally they came with a hand written piece of paper saying they were charging us for mileage on the car (almost $1,000) while we had it and $250.00 fee for return inspection! They said we owe them!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!

These people are the worst! I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from them in July at the test drive the engine light came on brakes were screaming as well. They said they fixed the problem. The brakes started screaming again, I called several times and they kept giving me the runaround. Finally, they told me they would charge me for a diagnostic test I said absolutely NOT and I just purchased the car. I took the car to another shop and was told the rotors and pads are new just very cheap. I ended up spending over 500.00 to get the brakes fixed. I never tried to open the sunroof and wouldn’t you know it doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed in this place. People run as far as you can, they are super nice in the beginning and then they treat you like dirt!!

I purchased a car from them 2 yrs ago and my car stopped on the road. I called them and the secretary said that there will be $120 to diagnose the car. Then AAA towed to their location and when the car arrived there, the person who assisted me to buy this car his name is **** told me that it cost me $370.00 to diagnose it. Why your secretary told me before I towed $120.00 . He said he doesnt know. Then he mentioned about the car if it has a warranty? I said youre the one who helped me to buy this car and you havent mentioned about that at all. As a car salesman, you supposed to advise me. He said so and so didnt tell you about that? Nobody mentioned about it for me.Then I left my car with them and left I had no choice the car is already there. After two says they called to office and said the car needs new transmission and the cost is $5,500. They also said that if I dont put 50% down, the car will be towed away. In a rude way. How come the transmission gets bad within less than 2 years? When **** sold it to me, he said the inspection is done and everything is good. Nothing to worry about. Now I took it to another auto shop and they are charging me $5,000 Unbelievable! **************** is poor and one of the Mechanic also yelled at me for not taking the car from the parking lot sooner. I am very disappointed customer. They supposed to repair the car at no cost. Its their fault that they didnt mention about the insurance. I dont suggest anybody to buy a car from this dealer!

Ok! Please lets make sure all the facts are on the table so that the public can get a clear understanding. We sold you the car oct of 2020. So yes you are correct you has the car for almost 2 years with NO ISSUES, Please make note this is a 2012 Range Rover sport. Notorious for having engine and mechanical issues. I have reviewed your file and based on your credit profile, the bank we used to finance you, would not extend more money on the loan to incorporate a extended warranty. We offer warranty to every customer we sell a car too. This is the ONLY reason why you don't have a warranty. We helped you look at the car as a courtesy and said the diagnosis charge is 2 hours labor, which is $350 not $370. Anybody will charge this, just like the Rover dealer would. The nice thing is that if we did the repairs we would credit the diagnosis charge back to the bill so it winds up costing nothing. We said it needs a transmission, just like you said. We offered to fix it with 50% down. Nobody else does this for a customer. They make you pay in full. Even the other shop you took it too quoted you the exact same number for repairs. You had your car here for over a month and we stored it for free and didn't say anything to you, nor did we charge you but we have limited room and need to service other customers. We apologize this happened to your vehicle, but we sold you a solid car when you bought it. We cannot control what happens years later to the unit. Especially a Range Rover! We don't fix the car for free with no warranty 2 years after purchasing it. Nobody offers this. I apologize that you don't understand that but we did nothing wrong here.

**** is a car salesman that disrespected me by him using racial slurs when I corrected **** and simply said Im not you bro not your brother. I was rudely responded to as if I was wrong. The disrespectful customer service is ridiculous and He stole my sensitive information. That man talked to me about him being in an industry of fraud in Las Vegas and then rudely hung up in my face after being corrected.I dont like shady business men especially car salesmen claiming to be the owner when in reality he isnt even the sales manager. Smh I hate the experiences with platinum cars/platinum motor cars. Im glad I didnt buy their vehicle. **** is a Disrespectful racist!??

Were sorry this took place. **** has been with us for over 7 years and does a great job for his customers. He has tons of quality reviews. We don't understand the racial part? What was said because we weren't there to witness what took place. We appreciate you giving us the chance to sell you a car. Good luck on your purchase. Thanks

A couple of months back, we were in the market for a car, and this dealership said they had one in our price range. Well, we called them up, they directed up to a soft credit checker, and sure enough, it seemed we could buy a car. Got there, did the test drive, sat down for the hard credit pull, and suddenly it turns out that as 1099 workers, we'd have to pay half up front. Oh, and we'd have to take a short term high interest loan. Oh, and if we defaulted they'd repossess the car.

Well, we hightailed it out of there, but we'd heard similar noises from other dealers, and while angry, that's not what this review is for.

This review is for the fact that after pulling that, a couple days ago, the salesman reached out to try and get us to do it again. Yes, you heard that right. He wanted to try and sell us a car again after dinging our credit last time and then telling us no. Repeat, he refused us service, or all but did, and now he wants our business.

I said no. I said no four times. I said that if he could face me and promise he wasn't going to hurt our credit for nothing, I'd consider it. He directed me, if you can believe it, to the same "soft credit check" tool that had told me the last time that I would be able to buy a car from him. I told him that it was clear he was just generating leads for his numbers and to take the proverbial flying one, or I was filing a complaint.

And then, after he seemed to take the no, he sent me a sales message about why we should buy a car from him. And had the gall to text me from a different number and pretend like it was an accident.

So, don't buy from here. They're high pressure, high everything, and will not take even their *own* no for an answer. They will do everything, it seems, to get you into a bad loan.

Your deal does not change because your 1099 or w-2. The deal is the same. The bank make a decision on the down payment based on YOUR credit score. We don't set a single part of the terms. We do not force anyone to buy a car. Its all done by the customer. Thanks for the opportunity and sorry we couldn't be of help at this time.
