I took my car there for recall and also my streel wheel lock on me. They had my car for a week and when I got my car back my passenger door was damaged. The lady told me to go thru my insurance, but my car was damaged on their watch. The service manager Rachel ******* was very rude to me and told me to go thru my insurance. Why ? She would not give me the manager number she told me to send her picture of my car in morning. They did watch camera but she couldn’t see anything when I drop my car off. When I came to pick my car up the passager door was open so I didn’t see the damage till I got home. I went back up there but they made me fill like it was me that damaged my car but I haven’t had my car in week. I payed 3664.45 for my car to get fix. I’m very disappointed in fordReview from Phyllis P

First, I agree with everyone else who has written about the scam that is the “Premium Maintenance Plan” which I purchased through Team Ford Lincoln Las Vegas. There is never a time where they will honor their obligation to repair without charging over the odds for something that is “not covered”. I took my 2019 Lincoln Navigator to Team Ford service department on October 16th for the following repairs: 1. Biggest problem was the jerking and hesitating when changing gears that had over the months gotten more frequent and intense. This had been sporadic for months. I took it in months earlier (April 2023) in which they kept it overnight but did nothing. I was told there was nothing wrong and given my car back in the exact same condition. 2. The driver side airbag light had been on for a month for which I had also called them when it first came on but kept getting put off for service with the excuse that they were “backed up”. This of course is a safety issue. 3. The 2nd row of seats would go down but not come back up. Could hear the motor struggling. 4. The hands free sensor for opening the back was not working. Additionally, I had noticed shortly after purchasing the car from them in Feb 2023 that there was continuous condensation in the real light strip incasing. I was told that this was a defect (didn’t bother to mention it until I noticed it) and they were back ordered on the part. That was 9 months ago and they say they are still back ordered. Every time I wash my car or it rains I cannot see the rear camera as it’s drowned in water (also probably is or could cause an electrical problem). Team Ford Lincoln kept my car from 10/16/23 until 11/09. I was charged $235 for a diagnostic. the car was returned to me with worse jerking and had NEVER been looked at by the Transmission specialist. They only fixed the airbag light and nothing else. So after a month I have my car back running worse than ever and I ended up paying them $735.Review from Alfred E

Beware!! Definitely a scam. I have purchased FORD PROTECT PREMIUM MAINTENANCE PLAN for my 2013 Ford edge and have had it for 2 years. The close for the extended warranty was about 1700 a year. I bring my 2013 Edge in for maintenance regularly and also brought it in for issues with brakes, air conditioning, door sensors, manifold sensors, etc., and regardless if the part is listed as covered or not Team Ford Service will always find a way to add more cost for the repairs. In example, I reported an issue where the vehicle where they discovered the Exhaust is the issue. They will add a "sensor" that also needs to be replaced a ridiculous amount. You will also have to pay for diagnostics tests and additional "tests", or charge you $1000 for tune-ups, etc. They are clever and will find something to make you pay. The service department will find recommendations to fix additional issues on your vehicle and you will notice, as I have noticed for the past 2 years that the recommendations or issues discovered are somehow, not covered by the warranty. FORD PROTECT PREMIUM MAINTENANCE PLAN Covers 1000+ parts but the service department will find loopholes to charge you. I DO NOT recommend buying any FORD PROTECT MAINTENANCE PLAN, it’s definitely A SCAM to drain your pockets.Review from Justin C

There was a ford f-250 on their website for $1 somebody got in contact with me I told them the price they said they’d get back to me and never did. So I go in to see about it. then a bald headed guy at a desk said he doesn’t want to sale it to me for that price, fine. But nobody took the price down at all so now it looks like false advertising for it to be up online all day have notice of it and not do anything to change it.Review from ROBIN G

On February 7th I had to take my Ford Fusion to the service center due to an axel seal leak. We took it to our normal mechanic who explained the issue and explained since this car is still under Ford's warranty we have to take it to a Ford Dealership to get fixed. The Service representative explained it may take them 2 days to get the car looked at because they were a little behind. Those 2 days past without hearing back from them so we stopped by their shop on the 11th and they explained they have not had a chance to get it back yet to diagnosis it. But the gentleman stated it should go back that day. Saturday came and gone and we get a text late on Monday that they still have not looked at it. I ended up going back down to their shop on Tuesday one week after we dropped off the car and found out they still have not looked at it. I was advised that there are still 5 cars ahead of mine. They did set me up with a rental car, however it would have to be set up as a customer pay until they are able to get the car diagnosed. I figured since they have and they have 3 technicians that work on getting them diagnosed and they are opened from 7 to 7 that my car would be in the shop within a day or 2 at the latest. That would mean their techs only have to work on 1 car each day. However now Friday 3 days later and still my car has not been looked at. I am now having to pay $40.00/day more for a rental car and their shop cannot give me an straight answer as to when my car will even get diagnosed. All I want is for them to pay for my rental car and diagnosis and fix my vehicle so I can get my car back. 10 days just sitting in their shop THAT IS REDICULOUS!!! Please helpReview from Jacob K.

This review is from 2017. Took my Ford Focus in for scheduled maintenance. Car was running great, no issues. I receive the car and attempt to drive off the lot and suddenly, "NO BRAKES". I stop the car, pop the hood, all my brake fluid is gone. I attempt to take it back and they tell me I will have to pay a 150 dollar diagnostic fee. I was a broke kid who just joined the military at the time and needed to get back to work, and I did not have the money they were trying to steal from me. So I did what any other 18 year old in the military would have done, got in my car and drove it to work. Across Las Vegas, with NO BRAKES. Had to strictly use the E-Brake. Whoever is in charge of the operations here seriously needs to go to jail. Nothing but fraud and theft + the owner "showing off" his cheap ass cars in the lobby that nobody cares about. DO BETTER!!!!
