    This dealership was by far the worst when it comes to administrative paperwork and keeping promises. Traded in my vehicle to the dealership and had to use their third party company to register my new vehicle. The company misspelled my last name twice on my registration and failed to remove my old car from name. In regards to the vehicle I traded in, I had an agreement with one of the managers to have the stock rims and wheels swapped with my aftermarket ones and have my aftermarket charge pipe returned to me. One of the managers son assisted with bringing my stock rims to the dealership. I still have not received a call back or notification of returning my items since April 2023. As an active service member Im ashamed people cant keep their promises. It makes me question if they took advantage of me as I came from out of state to trade in my vehicle.

    Dealership likes to LIE and not fix thing properly!!! THEY GOT THEIR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT customer service after that!! my 2020 Rogue with 11 miles. After 2 ½ years the clear coat started to come off. I went to Findlay Henderson Nissan. I was told that they cannot do anything about. I was also told that they rogue was out of warranty. WELL BOTH ARE LIES!! THE ROGUE WAS UNDER THE MFR WARRANTY!! my contract had the date purchased, OH!!NOW, THEY SAID THEY WOULD HELP. They took pictures,only took picts of the real obvious defects. I had to keep calling dealership to find out the status and when they were going to fix the rogue. I noticed small spots that they missed about 2 months later.. THIS PROBLEM STARTED UNDER THE MFR WARRANTY and should be their problem!! I was told to use the extended warranty plan that I purchased. I took the rogue to THEIR ONLY AUTHORIZED BODY SHOP, where pictures were taken and the person there found more spots that were starting to come off. They said the problem is a mfr defect AMD The warrant DOES NOT COVER MFR DEFECTS. I contacted HTTP://www.nissanusa.com from the web site. After several phone calls, they informed my that the dealership had told them that I HAD NOT TAKEN THE ROGUE IN FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CLEAR COAT. I told the person I was on the phone to get back with the dealership and tell them to QUIT LIEING!! after about 2 weeks the person from nissanusa.com,told me to take the rogue to the dealership and they would take pictures and send to NISSAN, well that was in Dec 22, 2023 allowing 2 weeks for Christmas it is now Feb 27, 2024. I have not heard anything. I tried to call the person from ****://www.nissanusa.com. AM NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE MY CELL PHONE AT WORK so that does make if difficult. However this started in Mar 2023. ! Year and still not fix action. I will be GLAD TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS WHEN THEY ASK!
