Someone ran Into my vehicle while parked causing front In damage. I had no idea which direction to go. Researching I was referred to Goodfellas Collision Repair. My car was towed In, I then met with DaWayne. He told me not to worry Goodfellas would take care of my car. What I thought would take weeks to repair was done In 5 days! I was excited to get It back before my next scheduled work week. Thank you so much DaWayne/Roc for assisting me and assuring me my car was In good hands with Goodfellas. Amazing company to deal with everyone was polite and courteous to me. Repaired my front end whereas you can’t tell It was damaged. I am a satisfied customer!Review from Samuel R

This collision center was a nightmare and I definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever!!! I mean that from the bottom of my foot. Good fellas took two months to do crappy work to my vehicle. First they let my vehicle sit for over a week straight untouched, I got a phone call and no one seemed to know why it was there because paperwork was lost…unprofessional!!! When the car was finally done they brought my car out dusty with new scratches on the trunk, and glue that had dried on various parts of my car that are still on my car, and I can’t get it off until this day. I also noticed an extra 300 miles on my car, and my gas tank was on Empty within the two months while my car was there…where in the world did they go? And to top it off I found out they glued my bumper on instead of actually putting it on with clips. I was told by another collision company that this was very messed up and not common practice and if it was done correctly the side of my bumper would of never came loose. I am so upset I can’t think!! Did good fellas think I wouldn’t have ever find out?!?! I will post pictures. Good fellas you will definitely be hearing from me since this work was only done two months ago…this place will never touch another vehicle of mine and I suggest who ever is reading this stay away from good fellas collision. Zero stars, These people are criminals. They take your vehicle hostage and they don’t tell you what they are doing or how long it will take. They lie to you and tell you that all the technicians are in a meeting and they will call you back. When you call back hours later, they recite the same script and say there’s a few cars ahead of you and they will have it done tomorrow. This is the worst shop I have ever set foot into! My experience with this repair shop has been the worst that I have seen so far. Besides taking OVER a MONTH to complete the work they allow someone to continue to answer the phones, speak to insurance companies and more to stay employed even after making some big mistakes! This person submitted my paperwork incorrectly to my warranty service and not my insurance company this caused over a week of delays as the claim was denied and most likely will be again due to the incompetence of this person. I was kept in the dark for most of the repair and if I wanted to know how the car was doing I had to call in to inquire about the status of my vehicle almost every time. The customer service is subpar by any standard and when I have voiced my concerns in person to management no action was taken to make me feel like I was a valued customer nor that my business was appreciated at all! I would suggest shopping around before choosing to bring your car here. THIS SHOP SUCKS and should be fined!Review from David P

Hi today 3/3/2022 I call Goodfellas Collision Center on Friday the 25 to set up and appointment for estimated for second opinion I spoke with Crystal Friday I get the appointment on Monday the 28 to drop off my car I call my boss to get ride to go to work the shop asks for 3 days too finish the Estimate3 days completed Wednesday I was ready to call When I receive an email From The Body Shop Telling me I owed $500 I called and I asked for crystal she was not there I asked to speak with the management When I spot with the management it was a woman I aske If my car is ready to pick up If they done with the estimate She said your car is almost ready it's been repaired I told her I never dropped the car for repair was only for an estimate This person that wrong got no customer service I called my insurance the insurance never got approved approve for the expenses to fix the car My adjuster they got the file yesterday from The Body Shop he said they fight business they to approve it So this shop do the work Without my approval and insurance approval This is very unprofessional So now I need to figure out how How to fit this issue because I never approved I was there only for an estimate This is why only give me one star Because the unprofessional they do the work Without getting the approval from the insurance I'm from the owner of the car I was there only for an estimate If Sound has any advice I need the help please about this issue I don't think they deserve even when I startGoodfellas Collision Center Response

We have spoken to customer about this. This is a miscommunication issue. The vehicle was dropped on 2/28. Customer came in with an Allstate estimate and he signed the work authorization to start repairs. We did the teardown and processed the supplement for additional labor and parts through his insurance. The teardown and supplement process is done on every vehicle that we repair. The following day, the customer was updated that the bumper had been repaired. Customer then stated to me that he did authorize the repairs and that he specifically told my CSR that he was "only" leaving the vehicle for an estimate. My CSR does not recall customer making this request. After speaking further with customer, his main concern is that he does not want anything repaired. He wants new parts for anything that was damaged in this incident and he wants only OEM parts. The shop has ordered him in a new Toyota bumper and wheel. Is was not a miscommunication they have and employee name Cristal I spoke with this employee on Friday 25th I have and estimate from my insurance company All-State witch I was not happy so I call toyota dealer to recommend me where they fix the Cars they said goofellas they give me the number I call and explain what i want was a second opinion for my estimate to compare only they setup and appointment Monday 8am they said I will take 3 days for my new estimate...when I was at the business in the morning she arrive 20 minutes late I repeated what I want it was clear just need and estimate for me to decide if I want to fix it or not o find some one else but my surprise was I receive and email saying I owe $500dlls and when I call I spoke with cristall first I ask why I owed money if I only need the estimate with she said my car was allready repaired I really got upset because I was really clear on what I need and they did not respect my decision ..they should have video cameras and audio I can prove what I'm saying..
After Eva the manager call me to get in to and agreement they will buy the new parts they will show me receipts of original toyota parts that's what I want....I'm still waiting on them for my car..
