It is the mission of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s Advocates to promote commitment from Accredited Businesses and increase retention. Better Business Advocates reach out to new and long-standing Accredited Businesses to raise awareness of BBB activities and benefits. They also inform and involve new Accredited Businesses to promote strong, continuing accreditation. Advocates encourage meaningful and beneficial participation in the BBB’s programs, serve as a liaison between the BBB staff and Accredited Businesses, and provide an increased level of access to points of contact who can provide assistance and answer questions. Better Business Advocates are able to provide more frequent touch points from the BBB.
