              Terrible experience. One Saturday, they put new tires on, and told me I needed a control arm. I now understand this may not have been true. Nonetheless, I took it in the next Saturday and had them do the control arm job. As I drove away, I noticed a new light coming on. Turns out, it is a tire pressure sensor error. TPMS, as I looked it up online. Took it back in, they called and said come pick it up; I turned it on and it had the same error. I went inside and they said "Well, it passes when we wave our wand at it." I asked, "So you are saying this new light is unrelated to the job you did, and coincidental?". They answered "Yes". What BS. What horrible, non-caring service! Keep in mind, they drove my car to the pickup area when they first finished this job, saw the light coming on, called me and said "Come get your car, it's ready". They knew full well what they had done. I'll do every thing I can to spread the word about my experience. It wouldn't matter if they responded to this and fixed things- the desire NOT to help the client is clear. I own a device that can read car errors..see the picture..this is what Big O left me with. The tire people, caused a tire pressure error, said it isn't their problem to fix- it's mine.

              Let me start by saying, my husband has been a customer at the Big O, **************************************************************************** store for ************** In fact, they held him in high regard that they hired him to help clean the office 1x a week for several months, prior to 2020. In fact, he has been a Big O customer for over 30 years.We have been having trouble with the ** in our car. I believe it was late last summer they repaired it. With COVID we are staying home and have not been out of the house much. Earlier this summer we turned the air on and it made an awful noise. Took it back 2 weeks ago and they fixed it by replacing a part. (Side note that took 4 hours and as a result he got COVID from that store only place he had been in that time frame.)Last Sunday 8/7 we turned the air on and the car stalled, meaning the ** was not fixed. The next day he was terribly ill. My husband went back to the shop, today 8/15, to get a refund for the repair. Couldnt go sooner because he was pretty sick! And now the reason for this letter. The 2 workers, who know and are friendly to my husband, willingly issued the $90.00 refund. (Actually, so friendly they recognize his voice, when he calls for an appointment.) The manager *********************** - came out and said he would not have given the refund and was pretty nasty about it. My Husband said that was rude. The manager followed him outside and when it was just the 2 of them, told my husband he didnt want him back in that store. WHOA there WHAT? What in the world prompted that reaction? This store is about a mile from the house. My husband is handicapped so this store is very handy. He is also Hispanic. Just trying to make sense of this. Thank you for your attention and this very bad customer service by a manger of all people. ****** (Gene) *******

              Customer came in and insisted that we do a refund for the air conditioning recharge. The recharge was done correctly but we agreed to refund the money to make the customer happy. The ** recharge is not the issue with the vehicle. Now that the ** is working properly, the vehicle is having an electrical load issue or something related to that. A fully functional ** system does put a large load on the electrical system of the vehicle. We offered to do a free diagnosis for ****************** but he refused and threatened us with legal action.
