After signing a contract with this place to have the roof replaced I was left with some serious concerns resulting in wires hanging from the roof .. downspouts disconnect from the gutter .. several nails showing on top of the shingles .. nails showing between the **************** but the worst of things are yet to be told .. including 4 roofing vents covered up with roofing materials resulting in the Limited Lifetime Warranty from Atlas nul & void due to uncirculated air from blocked vents would cause the shingles to buckle .. crack & deteriorate at a rapid rate .. this I find published on the Atlas Shingles website .. if I hadn't asked a licensed contractor to go up on the roof the covered vents would not have been discovered I took a photos .. should I have made a claim without knowing this it would have been denied .. between this situation & the previously listed all conveniently ignored by *****'s I contacted them to address the situation .. so when his workers advised me they were finished & the owner **** would be by the following day but he never showed up & never called & did not show during the job either as promised .. so being told by the office gal he was on his way to my home when early that. morning I left a voicemail stating I would not be there .. so all but the vents in plain view without a ladder in close proximity to each how could not feel obligated to take care of the obvious having no propriety or respect for my property or what I was left with .. he did however grab the $5,000 down I gave him in good faith to start the job .. should have been suspicious when he couldn't supply me a copy of the completed contract .. said he could bring my copy the next day lucky for me I made a copy on the scanner .. by the way the felt underlayment written in the contract he didn't use .. it was switched for synthetic without an ok .. so watch your back & don't blindly trust his character & is it possible after 10 years in business all reviews be great NO .
