I can NOT imagine why this company got only one star on some of the reviews! *** and ****** JUST finished my job today (Dec. 6, 2021). I had asked for this date (a month in advance) and they came on THIS date for me! (Yes, it was COLD, but weather was otherwise good.) They were professional, curteous, and took care of extra limbs for me that I had pointed out! They were at it for about 3 hours as cold as it was, and they performed a GREAT job on all five trees! They cleaned up as well and I learned some important tips from ***. How in the world they only have two stars for the overall customer rating is ridicuous! I would definitely trust them to do work for me AGAIN. And, the price ****** gave me for all work was reasonable. I POSITIVELY give them FIVE stars, as I am EXTREMELY happy with their work! The bad reviews must have come from someone way in their past.

I had a wonderful experience with SavATree in Colorado Springs. I had two different quotes from Becky Wegner a year a part from each other. Becky was always timely in her responses and always provided a complete quote from what the process looked like from start to finish. I followed up to see when the services would commence as I personally needed to remove fencing, let my neighbors know when services would be rendered and the city needed to drop electrical lines. SavATree was spot on in timing the day of the scheduled tree trimming. All the gentlemen on the job were courteous, professional, and performed a superb job trimming my VERY large siberian elm and cleaning up my property--they kept me informed every step of the way. They also ensured my neighbor's property was cleaned up properly after the day long trimming (which was my priority as I respect my neighbor's property). I would strongly recommend this company. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THEM! I called for an estimate for them to do my trees in February 2021. On March 5, 2021, they took a deposit of $410.00 from me and said they would be in touch to schedule the appointment. We reached out to Jordan Copelin and Sabrina Harper from their office. Each time, they give some lame excuse and told us they will call us back to schedule the appointment. We were told they would come by the end of April, so we tried to be patient and not call again. It is now May 20th. No one has called to schedule the appointment to this day! This review is specifically for the Colorado Springs Location. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!
