We have been customers for years, but no longer. We hired Rainbow Sprinkler to repair a leak. They came out and stated they had fixed the leak. The next day I called to say the leak was not repaired. Nonetheless, they sent a bill for $650, and refused to return for 10 days. Their policy has always been 10 days to pay.Ten days later, *** returned and wanted payment that day. We wanted 24 hours to be sure the leak was actually repaired. *** was quite rude to my husband. ***** then telephoned and was quite rude to me, saying we would have to pay a $32.50 late fee if we did not pay that day, for a job completed that day.

***** called out office to inform us he had a sewer Cleanout installed & the company had cut a sprinkler line and repaired it. We quoted him $650 for repairs to valves as we have experienced this type of situation in the past. He said he would check with the company to see if they would come back out to fix. ***** called back to say do the repair. I responded in a timely manner got the repair. 2 valves were weeping due to the cutting & repair of the pipe by the plumbing company. Debris got into the line going to valves which made the valves not shut off completely. We asked that someone be home at time of repair so we could test from the auto timer. ***** said his wife would be home. She never answered the front door or came out the whole time I was doing repair. I ended up repairing 5 zone valves. Tested the system manually everything was working. I had told ***** there was a possibility of more debris getting into valves again. That is what happened after the system ran its cycle for couple days. ********** called 2 days later to say 1 of the zones was weeping. ***** was out of town so asked her to have him call when he got back. Both our schedules conflicted we agreed to meet morning of August 22. He seen the debris inside 2 valves which I had repaired on the 11th. I replaced those 2 diaphragms again for no charge. I asked for payment which was due that day, he went inside to get check but came out & said his wife would not pay for 2 more days. ***** has been a long time customer with no issues. Never have talked or dealt with ********** before this incident. ********** called our office & threaten to leave bad reviews on ever site she could.
