I contracted with Legacy Gutters to repair damages from the hailstorm in July 2023. This company told me that the insurance company would meet the costs of the repair, which was $200 above the insurance company estimate. The insurance company did not increase their payment, as I was told. I trusted this company, but during the communication process, an important piece of information was incorrectly stated. Legacy Gutter also sends an invoice saying that if not paid within 5 days, an automatic lien will be placed on your property. It's not the type of company message I am accustomed to.

I,m trully sorry if you were advised of wrong info from someone.Our company has never dealt with any ***************** as too the cost of repaires.As for the info on the On invoices it only states All Invoices payments are due with in 7 days of completion of the work.If full payment is not made when due Buyer agrees to pay 1.5% per month finance charges(18%apr) on unpaid balance.Legacy Gutters will automatically file a lein on any and all properties that have invoices overdue by 30 days or more unless otherwise agree upon. If you would like you can call us and I would be more than happy to dicuss this with you and would like the oppertinuty to clear up this missunderstanding.
