Back in December of 22 we ordered replacement parts for a garage door we damaged. They took a deposit of $757.50. For the next twelve months they kept telling us that the door was on back order but would call as soon as it came in. When we received the notice of bankruptcy we called and made sure this would not affect us. They assured us our order is still on back order but would be in touch. I called on 01/03/24 and again asked. They rep on the phone said they would need attorney approval to refund the money or to order parts. I then asked if they never ordered the parts to begin with. They told us they never ordered the parts!! So they took our money I assume so they can pay their attorneys and ran. They are telling us that we will eventually be paid back over the course of 5 years. I did inform them that I will be looking in to charges if possible for contractors fraud and theft of funds. This was meet with an email in which the recorded my call and sent it to their attorney. I am happy to provide the call they sent to their attorney along with all documentation of funds paid to them by us if necessary. Until then Ill keep leaving reviews so people arent giving money to con artists.
