            I have attached detailed 4 page e-mail I sent to the owner (dave@greenacresgranite) on July 23. No response received so verified e-mail address with employee Rayann on July 30. Sent 2nd e-mail to address and as of today still no response from owner. Company requires full payment before on-site work done and installers tried finish repair. They and operations manager stated there is about 2 hours work left to repair company damage to quartz. Salesperson and office manager have conflicting statements about use of excess material. Wife and I told we had 2 weeks after job completion to decide to use leftover material. When final payment made with Rayann, provided her with diagram of 2 bathroom countertops wanted replaced. Unnecessary damage was caused by demo teams to drywall and ceiling leak in basement which was repaired but I had to find and pay for matching paint. Company cut backsplash wrong and used my materials I paid for to correct. No contact with company since July 12.

            We had granite counter tops and cabinets installed a few years ago. We found defects in the handles being crooked and the drawers cracked on the bottom. We called them to fix it 11 months later; and, they told us it was the normal signs of aging! Also, one of the cabinets is tipping (falling) to one side. We had to have many things redone which were falling apart, bent, warped or crooked. They would not take responsibility for everything that was wrong. They also leaked oil from the nail gun on our wooden floors.not recommended
