            I reached out to Colorado Flatworks to get an estimate on replacing our front porch, driveway and building an outdoor patio. It turned out to be a mistake to contact them to earn my business. They first scheduled an appointment to come out and then called to reschedule for the following week. The next week, they called to reschedule to another two weeks out. I shared that this was the third time they had rescheduled and that I hoped they would show up. Then I got a call from the estimator who said, they had no time and I should find someone else and that they couldn't even fit me in this year. I then got a confirmation from the front office that they would come today April 27th at noon. This third appointment was confirmed. After three times of scheduling and for our third appointment: No one called and no showed up. I am sharing this to help other people avoid calling this company. The level of responsiveness and lack of follow through has been beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

            I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused Ms. Goldberg. Our estimator and receptionist were not on the same page regarding our appointment schedule. We regret the lack of communication between them and the resulting frustration for Ms. Goldberg. Unfortunately, we are overwhelmed with requests for estimates at this time, and we regret we have been unable to accommodate all of them. We take pride in our customer service and will make every effort to avoid this type of situation in the future.
