One is an overrating. I have been a loyal customer of Pueblo Dodge since the year 2000. I have purchased three new vehicles at this dealership, a Grand Caravan, a Stratus, and a Dakota. My wife’s sister and brother-in-law and her parents have purchased vehicles from Pueblo Dodge. My wife's Charger was purchased elsewhere because the salesperson couldn't find the one that she wanted. The Charger has only been serviced at Pueblo Dodge. My most recent experience, which is today, March 22, 2021, is quickly helping me to avoid using this dealership. All four tire pressure sensors, which apparently were needed for my wife's car, would have been over $100 cheaper in Colorado Springs. Now all twenty of the wheel lug nuts are "mushroomed" by being over torqued, according to the Service Writer. The last time that those wheels were removed was when I bought tires at Pueblo Dodge. I am quickly losing confidence with the dealership and the service department. So, according to the Service Writer at Pueblo Dodge, the lug nuts are a poor design. It was not the fault of the Pueblo Dodge technician, that over torqued the lug nuts, it is the fault of the Dodge lug nut design. I was once a loyal Pueblo Dodge customer, that ended today, March 23, 2021. I was once a loyal Dodge customer, that ended today, March 23, 2021. $315 may seem a reasonable price for 20 lug nuts unless it is due to no fault of my own. I will ensure that my family, friends, and coworkers understand how I was treated at Pueblo Dodge.
