    Subject: Urgent Concerns Regarding Unfair Pricing Practices on Tacoma Models Dear Toyota I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent pricing strategy employed for your Tacoma models. It is disheartening to witness what appears to be an unjustified and unfair markup, especially considering the economic challenges faced by American consumers in the current climate of inflation and heightened finance rates.In recent times, as inflation has affected the purchasing power of consumers, one would expect companies to empathize and provide reasonable solutions. However, the decision to impose a market value markup of $5,000 on ****** models seems to be a disconcerting move that places an undue burden on the American consumer.Furthermore, the lack of accompanying incentives only exacerbates the impact of this price increase. In a time where many are grappling with financial constraints, it is disheartening to see a company fail to offer any relief or added value to its customers. Instead, the increased Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) appears to be a means to boost profits, especially when coupled with additional dealer add-ons and delivery fees.This pricing strategy raises serious ethical concerns and borders on what can be perceived as price gouging. The advertised price during the build phase should align with the final amount presented at the time of signing paperwork. Any deviation from the initially communicated price is not only misleading but also erodes the trust that consumers place in your brand.Adding to my concerns, it has come to my attention that our salesperson failed to disclose the market value price until after I had already made a deposit. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling and raises questions about the integrity of the sales process. The salesperson attributes this decision to a top-down directive from corporate, specifically mentioning Corwin. If such practices are indeed coming from corporate, it is imperative that you reevaluate this approach to ensure that customers are treated with the transparency and respect they deserve.I urge you to reconsider this pricing approach and take into account the financial hardships faced by your customers. Transparency and fairness are paramount in maintaining a positive relationship between consumers and your brand. A more considerate pricing strategy, perhaps with reasonable incentives, would not only demonstrate empathy but also contribute to customer loyalty.In conclusion, I implore you to review and rectify the current pricing structure for Tacoma models. Your customers deserve to be treated with fairness and respect, especially during these challenging times.     HORRIBLE company! HORRIBLE Management!!! After days of working a deal on purchasing a vehicle and finally coming to an agreement the vehicle was sold out of from under **. Management there CANNOT be trusted. We were willing to put down a deposit but salesman told us he was on the road and that he would contact us when he got back to the dealership. Management was aware and knew that we were waiting to receive a phone call for the deposit. Management knew and took someone else's deposit. Not only did they do us dirty they did their own employee dirty!! Who could do that? If you think it won't happen to you, your wrong if they treat their own employee that makes them money like that. They would treat you even worse!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. We bought our last Toyota four years ago from them and they were good at that time to work with which is why we returned. We are not new to the car buying business we have owned over 30 different vehicles and have lived all over the world and have never been treated so bad before. Corwin -- you should be ashame of yourself and how you treat your customers. I have a feeling it will not be long and you will be changing your name once again! The one star is for our salesman only.
