I own a 2008 Dodge Ram ****. The mileage on this truck is *******. IN July, I had a collision that damaged the right cab side of the truck. The damage was so extensive that insurance claimed it as Totaled. The amount of money insurance offered was Miniscule. New trucks today start at $70,000 and go up from there. Because of the Low Mileage on this truck, I knew it would be difficult to replace it with an equal. So, I paid cash to repair this truck. I took the truck to three different body shops to get estimates. After I got the estimates, one shop backed out because insurance denied payment. I looked at the two remaining shop's ratings with our local BBB. The shop with the lowest estimate has a C- Rating with the BBB. I chose ****'s Collision of ****************. **** has an A+ Rating with the BBB. I was given and estimate and told that ****'s estimate includes everything possible that *** be used, if necessary. However, any part or labor that is not used will be deducted from this estimate. The final price was $1764.05 below ****'s estimate and more than $600 below the other estimate. ****'s Collision is the true definition of integrity in a business. On top of this, ****'s work is superior. Both right side doors are replace and both seams and openings are prefect in measurements and are water tight AND the paint color match is perfect. ****'s work is perfect. I cannot seen any difference in ****'s work and as it was when I bought it new. Because of the high quality of work, the honesty in pricing, and the entire attitude of the "Customer Satisfaction" within the entire company, I personally give ****'s Collision an A+ Rating; or the highest rating offered at the Better Business Bureau. I would NEVER take any Collision work elsewhere. Remember: Cheapest Price usually equals Cheap Work and Cheap Quality. Trust is very hard to earn. ****'s Collision has Earned My Trust.
