If I give less stars I would. Very unprofessional! We opened an LLC and have also been trying to get my husbands and I back taxes in order. Been working with Mr. ********************** for over 6 months now and nothing but a blank LLC binder has come from that time. 4-5 months into this process we tried to contacted Mr. ********************** about our taxes left phone call message after phone call message. We received an email from Mr. ********************** instead of a phone call back stating if we want this process to go quicker we needed to call the Irs ourselves and get things moving. Even though we paid him and his team to do this. He also stated we will receive weekly updates which we have not received a single one. Finally getting in contact with Mr. ********************** about this unprofessionalism and slightly disrespectful way he has been treating us as clients, his only resolution was to rudely say come get your money and hang up on us.I have emails and timestamps to prove everything.

This client had two issues for which we were engaged. The first was related to the formation of an LLC. During our initial meeting, I advised the client that I do not provide legal services, but could assist with the formation, and if they did not seek legal counsel, could provide state specific tools for the entity structure chosen. Client did not receive an empty binder. It contained tools (forms and agreements) that can be used as necessary in the conduct of their business. We also provided other services in this engagement to include filing with the ******** Secretary of State and obtain an EIN for the new LLC. This part of the engagement was completed shortly after our initial meeting. The second engagement included a request to determine filing requirements since the taxpayer, as noted, had not filed taxes for several years. This part of the engagement has been difficult to accomplish for a variety of reasons, primarily due to the difficult circumstances related to *** service. Even with dedicated phone lines, the *** will often not even answer their phones. We also attempted to retrieve transcripts online, but due to CAF issues, this could not be accomplished, so a phone call was the only way to resolve the issues at hand. I will admit, I should have been more timely in my response to the client and attempted to do so recently, even including a recording of an attempt to contact the *** and providing articles about the issues around obtaining service from the ***. The second engagement ended when I OFFERED to return the clients retainer. I did not tell them to "come get your money".

Jerry is the ultimate professional. His attention to detail is immaculate. He walked me through and explained everything I needed to know about my taxes. I could only wish that I was referred to him years ago. You should charge extra for the finished packet you get to take home.
