Terrible customer service with no resolution to our problem. Bought our Radiant pool from All Season in 2017. We were assured in 2017 that All Seasons would take care of any and all needs we may have in the future. Future is here 2022 and we need a new liner. Been trying since February to get them to help me. First they have downsized and all the folders (nothing is saved on a computer drive) are in storage at another location. But they would go look for them. 2 weeks later, called to see if they had gotten, They had not. I was assured they would try and get over to the storage and find it. Mean time I call Radiant pools in NY. Myself. They thought they had the drawings. I received them by Email. But the drawing were backwards. So I call back to All Seasons to see if they had my drawings. By this point I’m very frustrated. Spoke to a lady named *****. I was stern not rude or out of line. Just trying to get my pool fixed and tired of getting the runaround. At this point it’s been 2 months or more. So ***** said she had sent them to me by Email. I had not received them. So she sent me the same drawings I had received from Radiant…..backwards. I also received another Email from her stating that I needed to speak to *** or *** from then on. I called *** and he sent out a guy to measure our pool so we could get the correct drawings. This was 2 weeks ago. Spoke to the guy today and was told All Seasons had lost our measurements. At this point I have a hole in the ground I cannot use. And no end in site. I have called other pool places from Houston to Lake Charles and we live too far or they do not do liner pools. I am just so frustrated! Not sure if I will ever get this resolved.
