              I requested service for the following from Larry's Plumbing: 1. Leaking faucet in master bath sink 2. Dripping shower in master bath 3. Install a shower in a hall bathroom. Larry sent out a plumber, *****, and a helper to asses and repair the plumbing. 1. On April 27th, ( I am not certain about the specific day) ***** broke the master bath sink faucet and it had to be replaced at my expense. The faucet itself had been discontinued, so I had to buy 2 faucets so they would match in both sinks. I was charged $990.00 for their installation on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. Recently, one of the handles fell off one of the newly installed faucets.. I telephoned Larry's plumbing on 07/21/22, 07/22, and 07/25 described the situation and requested the faucet be repaired at no cost to me. I left the information with the answering service and no one has called me back.

              To be qouted a $65 price tlp po pressure test by a new worker then changed to $395 is stressful. They promised to call me back to resolve the issue. No one called. I called to accept the price was told they decline me because I cussed out the worker and had an issue with price. They lied on me and deceived me with a qoute. ****** was very mean and arrogant with false accusations and no compassion for customer.
