Middle of May I took my car and for shocks to be repaired ****** did that in the tune of $745. Each summer for the past four years he helped put Freon in my car for the air condition to cool so I told himit did need Freon also. So in June when I started running the air condition but it was not cool call the shop spoke to the receptionist she said bring it in on Monday June 14th which I did what ****** came back and told me it was now the compressor. My reply was I just spent $745 this is too much so he quoted me a price of 385 to get the air condition compressor done. So I left not very happy but okay get home go under the hood see the Caps are missing from the air condition line goes back to the shop speak to ****** again would like the caps put back on I would feel better ****** reply was lost I will call you when I find them with a chuckle and a walk away laughing. Two blocks down the road my phone rings with a scam from border patrol about drugs and my name been on the package I hang up they call right back saying recording I hang up again. He has been kind of unprofessional in the past but not to this severity. So I called to inquire about the caps at the shop three days after I spoke to him the reception came back and told me the cap still has not been found he will call me when he finds them I asked for estimated date of when I can expect a call she hung up the phone so this is very unacceptable and unprofessional I have used this shop for many years and I do not feel like I do not appreciate being treated like this his shop have grown and I feel like I have helped build his business as many services as he had done on my vehicle but this is unacceptable. I know different people in different cultures have a different way of how we do things here in America but this is a completely unprofessional an acceptable so therefore I am filing this complaint. Have not received any more scams from the border patrol or anyone else since that date.
