              I am filing compliant at the company PRN Medical Supply, **** ****** ****** ********* ** *****, contact agent is ****. On August 2019, the motors on my wheelchair burned out. I filed report about the issues about my wheelchair with my doctor and to my healthcare insurance to let them know what happened. I advised PRN Medical Supply and my doctors office faxed out the information they needed to replace or fix my Electric Wheelchair to PRN Medical Supply. My healthcare insurance gave the approval to PRN Medical Supply for the repairs to the Electric Wheelchair for (2) new motors, for (2) 14" tires, for (2) new batteries, for (4) new caster wheels, anew seat and a new controller. I have made many attempts to contact PRN for status and received responses, in saying, “that they are waiting on parts.” On March 2021, I called again to check the status of my parts to my Electric Wheelchair.
