Worst customer service and management in the business. Shady billing practices, over charging customers, passing every charge to the customer with interest...instead of passing savings to consumers, we pay for their insurance, crazy right? They also lobby and use tax money to line their own pockets by spilling funds into fake programs with promises of making solar available to those in need of billing offset. I am a disabled veteran dealing with family medical crisis daily/weekly/monthly with wife on hospice twice last year...I don't need to have to call 20 different companies just to have my information stolen and sold to every solar company in the business when I can't qualify due to our medical/financial crisis. No compassion, if you can choose another service, do it...if you can go off grid, it is 10000% worth not getting in bed with any slimy company in the US at the moment. We aren't winning any awards worth bragging about over here, unless it's a food eating contest...these companies are a testament to fat corporate America constantly dumping on itself. Thanks for being such a bad example of how to bill your customers. If everything worked, as advertised, assistance programs would be streamlined for those in need. Currently, offices lose paper applications or they defer to local churches, how are people supposed to get help? If there are funds going to solar, can there be a transparent way fir users to apply? Can we find ways to actively lower ALL consumer bills so we can all afford Eggs, seriously everything going up together is impossible for fixed budgets and population only increased, even post covid we're higher than we were ten years ago, so why not stop pretending like more money isn't pooling from all the extra customers? I'm seriously confused why we are all complacent and allowing these businesses to exist in this capacity, they are a DISservice to us all.
