I'm frankly tired of going back and forth with Smiles point dental! They have and still is doing nothing but causing me grief!! I m tired of taking off my job each time these people call;I have spent my money upfront! Which I hate id done that! And, yet,the dentures keep coming in wrong ?? ?? either they wouldn't come in as promised..Smilespoint keep scheduling me to come in! They know I can't take off my job any time they schedule *****.come in! As of today, it's been over 7 visits not including today's false show up visit due to failurento.inform me ahead of time that for whatever reasons,that my dentures didn't come in and all!! But they keep allowing me to drive there,check in and all.so they can get paid anyhow!!I each time I d tell them I need my money back,they'd keep making excuses of not knowing what to do with that or different false lying statements!!We really so sick of it! These people have my nerves so ?? and all I want is my money back to go somewhere else to.someone in network with my insurance!! They never told me that the plan i have was out of network!! Therefore it has made it difficult for me to file a complaint, nor claim against them due to this doctor being our of network!! Smiles point knew this information!!! But,yet,I'm the one that having to suffer without my ,money, dentures!! I will do whatever it takes to get my money back!!!!
