On July 6, 2021 I reached out to LLB construction to get work completed on my home. I spoke the owner Dean. Mr. Dean appeared to be a accredited and compassionate contractor. Several weeks after Mr. Dean came out and accessed our property we waited patiently to receive a estimate. We never received a call back or an estimate, even after reaching out to Dean on several occasions to see what was the delay. On one occasion in particular dated July 14, 2021 at 11:14 am I spoke with Dean and the conversation went as followed… Good morning Mr. Dean, I am aware you said you have other homes. I reached out to you because we have dealt with contractors that has given us the run around or no communication. I also went on BBB to find an accredited business. We spoke a week ago and also have waited for an estimate and timeframe. My husband spoke with you and you responded ok with nothing more. We have been contacting you and at this point I feel like we are bothering you. When you came here you seemed genuine and wanting to help and I believed that especially since I found you on BBB but we have not received a follow up or even an estimate and or timeframe. Mr Dean later replied: I made a promise to you both and I intend to keep my word. I know it has been raining for the last three weeks and we are trying to serve those customers that we agreed to do the work for them. The conversation ended by me telling Mr. Dean: Okay, thank you I appreciate your response. Nevertheless, it is September 1, 2021, my husband and I never received a call back or a follow up following that day (July 14, 2021) even after waiting up until now to hear back from him. It’s is unfortunate that I feel that we were judged because of unfortunate reason that I feel and I don’t prefer to disclose this on here because it is my own assumption but it does not deny the fact that this company did nothing provide the customer satisfaction that one who has been accredited by BBB should.

We do want to submit a bid for this project. We still have projects that were signed over a year ago that we have yet to start because of the material costs plus the pandemic has put so many of our staff out of work. We want to work with this family because they seem to be good and honorable people. I personally met with them and after I heard what other contractors did to their home, I felt compelled to do something to bring a smile to their face. We have lost 2 family members and a number of family friends to Covid-19 and their deaths have taken a toll on all of us. THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE, but it does affect all of us.
