I accidentally sent them a $2000. payment to my account through online payments. I had previously purchased silver through this account. I contacted them to ask that they return the payment as I had no orders open. Then they can't find the deposit, even after I send them the date they deposited it and a picture of the cashed check with my account number on it that I used to order silver a few months ago.I would not recommend.Review from WILLIAM P

I BEGAN PURCHASING COINS FROM FFR IN OCTOBER OF 2020 AND MADE 4 PURCHASES TOTALING ALMOST $30,000 IN FIVE MONTHS. TWO YEARS LATER, ( FEBRUARY 2023) I REQUESTED THEIR EVALUATION OF MY COINS. AFTER IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR SEVERAL WEEKS, THEY SENT ME THEIR "INDICATION" DATED 3-22-2023 AND FORWARDED IT TO ME ON 4-5-2023. IT SAYS MY COINS COULD BE WORTH AS MUCH AS $22,224.50, SUBJECT TO THEIR TERMS AND MY ABILITY TO DELIVER THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS AT THE **** OF PURCHASE. I AM GLAD THAT I DID NOT INVEST AS MUCH AS HIGH PRESSURE *****, THEIR REPRESENTATIVE BADGERED ME TO INVEST. ACCORDING TO *********, **** AREA COIN DEALERS THE ACTUAL VALUE OF MY COINS IS SOMETHING LESS THAN ONE HALF OF THEIR PURCHASE PRICE. I WILL NOT FALL PREY TO THEM AGAIN.First Fidelity Reserve, Ltd. If you consider selling your coins to a local dealer in the future, please contact us first. The written recommended hold time for coins we sell is five (5) to ten (10) years or more. While there is no guarantee of growth in any time frame, holding numismatic coins shorter than the recommended hold could result in losses while longer holding periods increase the chances a coins value can rise.
