Philpott Motors and Philpott Collision have now been in the process of repairing my 2020 ********************* edition for almost 2 years. It was rear-ended by a semi on I-10 on 12/4/21. The insurance company unfortunately did not total the vehicle after the estimate provided by Philpott. They have on numerous occasions ordered more parts, stated delays because of various reasons such as not having a four-point lift at one location and so having to move the vehicle to another location then spending 3 months finding a welder, &c &c. Currently after all the major frame damage was supposedly repaired and the vehicle moved back to the collision center for some "final body work", I was informed a couple of months ago that yet another part needed to be ordered. They have not only repeatedly lied to me about the time-frame of repairs; they have also lied to my lawyer, ***********************, who visited them in person. And as if this wasn't enough, my son took his 2016 Mustang to Philpott Motors service center for an oil change and the tech took it for a joyride which my son caught on his dash-cam! He showed the service manager and was offered a free oil change. I cannot stress enough that a prospective client should seek ************ elsewhere.
