              My wife dropped of our 2018 Chevy Tahoe for a squeaky belt, 100% a belt. They called and told her a bolt was broke. Assuming they broke it trying to replace the bolt she told them to move forward with the repair. When we finally picked up the vehicle 3 days later I looked at the receipt and they had pulled the head off the vehicle and drilled out a manifold bolt. They said it was an exhaust leak. I assure you it was not. A few days later her vehicle overheated on her way to work. She brought it back and they said it was a casting issue with the same head they had pulled. Short story, they over drilled the hole and it leaked coolant into my exhaust. A few days after they “repaired” the Tahoe the check engine light came on. It is the catalytic converter on the same side as the head replaced. They refused to repair. General Manager will not return my calls. I only told my wife to bring the Tahoe in because it was still under warranty, big mistake. I should have repaired the belt myself.

              I took my vehicle to JK Chevrolet in Nederland ***** for an oil change. While waiting the service manager informed me that during removal of the drain bolt. The oil pan drain plug broke off, and i would need to replace oil pan. They quoted me a price of $1236.02. Service manager stated that previous oil change location more than likely stripped drain plug. I asked the service manager could the technician drill a hole in the s**** to remove it. He said no. I refused to let them replace oil pan. I ended up taking my vehicle to another service shop and they removed the bolt out from the oil pan. The drain bolt was not stripped or damaged as stated from JK Chevrolet. I also have the drain bolt and pictures of it. I would not recommend anyone to JK Chevrolet because of extremely poor and unreliable service.
