***************************** at ******* is wonderful! Have sent money and boxes many times and everything has reached its destination. The office staff is friendly as are the customers. I will continue to use the ******* office with ***** as my representative of choice.

It is the first time I have tried to use the services of this company and so far it has been a success. I have been waiting for more than three weeks for my shipment to **** to be processed. They are like companies in ****, they do not care about doing their work well and efficiently, they do not care about the client.

They received my package that was to be sent to **** they deny any knowledge of the package the employees are useless. They are stealing your packages Zero stars

This company is a mess, dont use them super unresponsive when you have an issue, trying to contact them it is impossible they dont ever answer the phone or WhatsApp and their email doesnt work either. I use then to send money to my family in **** they charge my credit card and never deposit the money to my family and when trying to contact them like I said it is imposible. Hope people read all this complaints and stop using them

Public Beware Cubamax Travel, Inc. failed to deliver the package I purchased for my family in ********, ****.They cannot provide an explanation as to the whereabouts of this package and tell me their office in **** has been notified and that I should be getting a text message with information any time.They would not return my money either.I do not recommend Cubamax Travel, Inc. since they do not provide any responsibility nor guarantee for their services.

I have sent a package in October to their Facilities and today is January 13 and nothing yet.On October, I sent a package to this Facility, they never called me to inform if the package arrives in good condition or just arrive. when I called on November letting them know that I know they has received and I was not Notify on any condition of my package and that I needed to know what was going on, Cuba max has informed me that I have to wait. This has happened on multiple Occasion that I called this Facility. nothing too said to me. nothing. I kept my self-calling till I got a little bit upset and mention that someone needs to be responsible to let me know what the deal was at least to inform if they did get it. finally, they gave me info on November the 7th, that they were sending the Phone and that 22-pound box. Mind you I paid for separate but was sent in the box, Cuba max wanted to charge me for more than 22 pounds when there was a phone in the same box that I paid in the *********** for ***** pounds. when I claim that they just decide to fix my rate. Now on December 2nd I decide to call back since I have heard nothing about it. No info, no one's knows anything, finally they told me that the package was sent on Nov 12th, and I needed to wait between 15 to 30 days today is January 13 and it's a shame that In that box I had a Xma's tree for my girls to have Xma's, cloths, school supplies, ETC. Sad, the only good thing they just recently got their phone but not the box yet. keep calling now every day and someone who decided not to give me her name or she apparently said that they don't have a supervisor or a Manager onsite to help me with my claim. they are saying that I need to take a plane since I don't live in ***** and go and claim personal. so disappointed. I will like this to be review by the BBB and help me to come into a resolution to get my money back and won't use this company again. I want to get all my receipt together and submit to an attorney.

I was informed that the shipment would arrive within 15 days to 1 month, this never happened. I have called the company several times and was informed that it now takes 45 working days.

To many promises, very horrible deliveries. Nothing gets on time, They should be telling the thrust to the customers, instead of lying to people. if you are doing business with a country were nothing works, you should not promise so much. If you charge me to delivery in 5-7 days, my package should not take 20 days or more no matter whos fault is. Even the the phone # on the webpage are not updated.

Cubamax did a wonderful job. Very professional and dependable. My package got tonits destination in less than 2 wks..all items accounted for. Staff was friendly and courteous..very kind and caring!!! Excelente servicio. Quedé super impresionada! Rapido y eficaz! Muy profesional!!
