I'm gonna make it short. these people are horrible. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. for a whole year. I could not get ahold of these people over my solar But now the day after I make my payment every month. Their collection agent calls me and herasses me now. Remember these people wouldn't answer a email or a phone call for over a year. Now they threaten me the day after I make my payment every month. You guys call me one more time. I will file an official. Complaint through the Better Business Bureau.You guys have jacked me around and jacked me around.You called me and begged me to take down.My post on the better business girl promised me.You wouldn't harass me no more yet here.We are made my payment on the eighth.You're calling and harassing me on the ninth.Do it one more time I dare youReview from Vicki P

Terribly disappointed! I trusted ************************* in the commercial. However they continue to bill my card and its impossible to cancel. I keep being charged even though I've went to website and canceled.I would not subscribe to this. What I have received is little pamphlets not worth anything. I have lost respect for ******************** and hope CBN will stop advertising this.Everbright Media Response

We are very sorry the customer had a poor experience with our products. She canceled one of her accounts online but did not cancel the other two. When she realized that occurred, she contacted customer service. Her subscriptions were promptly cancelled and she was given a full refund.Review from Gayle N

I spoke with a rep named ***** about my bank calling me about a reoccurring amount 3 times. She was very defensive & rude. She said she would cancel 2 of the 3 charges. My reply is nothing ordered on Baby ***** advertise by ************ ever arrived & I want all charges refunded & ceased. My bank offered to dispute it since they caught it in the 1st place. She argued it was such a tiny magazine it probably got lost in mail. She was so rude ( hope it was recorded as reported but had she known that she more than likely would have been nicer). All I ask was a ********************* for something never delivered. She insisted the children lost it getting out of mailbox. These are young children & the box is on the other side of a busy road. That did not happen then she said the carrier probably lost it. That also probably didnt happen since she said it was mailed a few days ago but ordered a month or more ago. This customer called and was **************************** given a full refund and had her subscriptions cancelled. The agent also shipped her a replacement product at no charge. The customer then proceeded to aggressively question our agent for more than 10 minutes about where her initial shipment might be. Our agent attempted to answer her questions but the customer repeatedly cut her off. She then hung up the phone on the agent and we heard no further communication from her.Review from Michael W

Bad news turned good.I got tangled up with a TV offer from *********************** for free educational information for kids. I wanted to see what it was about and signed up (I have no kids and I'm a Dem).) I got a few issues of GOP and ***** propaganda. Then I started getting genuinely interesting kid stuff. Everbright charged my card a lot of money. It took me some months to get to this item on my agenda.I went to the website listed on the material and was told it is unsafe. Then I called a contact number I found online ******* Everbright) and the phone was answered right away by a gentleman who said he would refund my money retroactively.I think Everbright got taken by ***** just like the rest of us, but they took care of it.I'm happy and their materials are excellent.I'll be back to up the rating if I get the refund. This is really a scam. They make you think that you’re going to get the books for a dollar. But all I got was a bill for 12.95 did get the books though. But that’s not what they said I was going to get for a dollar. I see that other people have had the same problem. Hard to cancel out and then they charged me another $6.95 because I didn’t cancel on the right day. I am surprised that Huckleby would have his name attached to such a Dishonest company. As a Republican I would expect more. So be careful when ordering from this company. OKReview from Bonnie W

Ordered 1 issue for Xmas only.Being billed mo. since then. Called and
Cancelled in Oct. and asked for refund for 10 mo. Did not get refund.
Still being charged. And here is another thing; we did not realize we were being charged until we carefully reviewed our bank statements. And the person we ordered for did not get the items. I never asked for a monthly subscription. I never received a cancellation confirmation either. Does Mr. ******** know that his Christian reputation and name is being defiled?
I DEMAND FULL REFUNDS. I DEMAND WRITTEN NOTICE THAT WE CANCELLED OUR ONE TIME FREE ISSUE OFFER THAT WAS THEN ILLEGALLY TWISTED INTO AN ANNUAL RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION! We absolutely did not indicate in any shape, way or form that we wanted a subscription to EverBight Kids... just one free issue about Christmas.
You have duped many people and not every customer will take the time to file a complaint with the BBB. It is strange that you seem to have all the dates and information for those who have filed a complaint, yet your customers never received the information that you claim to have sent them.Everbright Media Response

Ms. ****** placed an order on 12/15/20 for The Kids Guide to the Bible and EverBright Kids Magazine to be shipped to a third party. The terms and conditions of the offer, which are outlined in our marketing materials and must be agreed to before an order can be submitted, clearly state:
Approximately 30 days after you receive your first Kids Guide, we will send you a new Kids Guide, complete with online streaming access of the accompanying video lesson and digital workbook at the Family Bible Films member website, or other great educational content from eSpired, around once a month for the low price of $20.90, plus applicable sales tax, per set. We will also send you the latest issue of EverBright Kids monthly magazine for just $5.75, plus applicable sales tax, per issue when each new issue is released. These items will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card on file, plus sales tax where applicable. On 9/25/21, Ms. ****** contacted customer service requesting her accounts be cancelled at which time we sent a cancellation confirmation for The Kids Guide and a separate cancellation confirmation for EverBright Kids. Both were sent via email to the email address she provided at the time of her original order. Per Ms. ********* more recent request, she has been issued a full refund.Review from Nancy L

Beware of predatory company! Subscription cancelled. Kept sending us magazines and getting charges. I called and cancelled again. A full year later had another charge appeared on our card. I called and advised that we had already cancelled (twice). They responded that there was no record of that. I asked for written confirmation this time. To be determined if we will receive a refund and if this will be a problem again next year.Everbright Media Response

Ms. ******** purchased The Kids Guide to the Coronavirus on 5/1/20. Before completing her order, she was presented an offer for an annual subscription to EverBright Kids magazine of which she accepted and agreed to pay $39.96 per year to renew automatically under these terms: As an annual subscriber, you will enjoy our automatic renewal program, which ensures you'll never miss an issue of EverBright Kids! Your order will automatically be renewed each year. Approximately 30 days before the start of each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the then-current rate. If you do nothing, your card on file will automatically be charged for another year at the then-current renewal rate. You may cancel by calling X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or by sending an email to ***************@everbrightkids.com at any time to receive a refund for the undelivered portion of your order. You may also complete the contact us form found at everbrightkids.com/contact-us.
Ms. ******** canceled her account for The Kids Guide on 7/9/20, but not her account for EverBright Kids which was due to renew on 5/24/21. She was sent a renewal notification via email on 4/20/21. No cancellation was requested and in turn her subscription was renewed for $39.96 as stated in the terms. On 6/4/21, Ms ******** requested her account for EverBright Kids to be cancelled and a pro-rated refund of $36.63 was issued. We hope that this resolution is satisfactory and as a result, consider this case closed.
