I hired Creative Tax Solutions, back in March, at that time I paid them $300 then continuing I paid them $50.43 each month, with the understanding they were going to resolve my tax returns, since we were quite a few years behind. It is now November, and they have not done anything,except telling me that they did not get all the info, and then all of a sudden they did. They are in ******* and we do Farm land on our taxes and in ** you can file for the Farm, even if you take a loss. They were trying to talk us out of this, and then did not even ask us if we received the Stimulus checks for Covid, but all of a sudden they have the information without me giving it to them. They have know idea about farming, and after all these months of paying them and sending them, nothing has been resolved, I sent them an email telling them not to go any further on our taxes and we were not working with them anymore., We feel back in March to now the end of November,and all of a sudden they are coming up with all this. I told them I was not good on the computer,and they understood, but they have not resolved anything,and just putting us through alot of headaches, which filing taxes is enough to deal with. I figured they could help us with this, with as little of a headache but they have caused us just the opposite. They claim they have done evertything for us to get our taxes filed, but from March till now is unreal. I asked them to send me the info they have but they have not done this also, Their reviews aren't good, and what I should have done is get someone in ** who knows ** rules, instead of them, so I am moving on to get my taxes done and I know they will be done right, so we don't loose anything If they will send me my documents they have and refund my money I will be happy, I told them they better not do anymore on our taxes and not charge me anything else They said they were going to give me a refund of $300. So far I have seen $150.and change They said they would send me the paperwork ,but I have done received anything, and they said they would send the remaining about in the mail but nothing I have seen
