BEWARE their spa service. They will rip you off. I requested a quote and was told they charge $170 for a service call to assess the repairs needed but that the cost of the estimate service call would be applied to the cost of the repair. They lied. They charged me the $170 again when they came to do the repair. Oh, and by the way, they never did give me an estimate for the cost of the ************ it was done, they automatically charged my credit card. I tried t discpute the charge with my credit card but since I had nothing in writing saying they would apply the first charge to the final bill, so I was out of luck.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! GREEN POOL ALL THE TIME!As a $40,000 renovation client turned to their service, I can simply suggest All Florida Pool is a total GARBAGE company full of incompetent 'technicians' who literally can't communicate (in English) and cannot solve the immediate issues they create. Countless issues with customer service, sales, and management. The sales and invoicing team is equally inept. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY'RE AWFUL!

Used to be a good company. Was bought out and went completely downhill. Technicians who have no idea what they are doing. They do not clean pool on a weekly basis as they are supposed to, yet they will charge your credit card no matter what. Find someone else to service your pool!!

Worst service. I thought this was a serious company and that my pool would be cleaned correctly every week. None of this happened. I was not able to swim in my pool because the technicians they assigned did not know what they were doing. They switched technicians every week and the technician would call with foul excuses of why he could not come to clean the pool. My credit card was being charged every month $165.00 basically for this company to not clean my pool. NOT PROFESSIONAL . I would call the office , no resolution, I would text ****** the owner or supervisor and he doesn't answer calls or texts. Now they are just ignoring me or blocked me and they kept my money. Do not hire this company you will be totally dissatisfied. I give them thumbs down and no star

Worst pool company in ever had. They took over my account from **** *******. I had them for 3 years and nothing but headaches. They wouldn't show up every week and had to call them. Constantly changing pool techs which I feel were never really trained properly. My last straw with them was this March 2022. I was out of town for 3 weeks and I believe they might have showed up the first week because my daughter was at the house 1 week after I left and said pool looked good. When I arrived home my pool was green as the grass. They told me they were out on March 26. I arrived home on March 28 and the attached pictures were what my pool looked like. It would not look like that if they had properly taken care of the pool 2 days before I came home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want major headaches.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Long term client here who has seen the decline of their service and quality of work over the last year. List of things that has happened in the last year: 1. They fail to show up constantly and blame it on “system errors” or “misprinted routes”. 2. They offer refunds and then you have to chase them for months, all while them still charging your credit card. 3. They perform bad service, causing issues with your system and then argue with you as to who performed it and try to place the blame on you. 4. My technician claims to have submitted numerous tickets expressing the issues my pool had and the company denies having any records. 5. Have had a new manager assigned to the Broward area every month. Turnover is high, with all employees confirming the company is awful. 6. They refuse to take accountability for anything they’ve done and do not call you back. 7. They have been pumping my salt water pool with added chemicals for months, not telling me or anyone else of this and putting myself and family at risk as well as my salt water pool system at risk. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
