I purchased a Cabana Suite Spa January 10, 2022 for $7,489.99 from the sales manager, ***********************. When it was delivered the large steps were missing and it took several weeks for the large steps to be delivered. The first cover that was provided did not fit the spa, it was too small. *********** kept telling me that I wasn't inserting it correctly. Finally, after sending him numerous pictures of the cover he realized the cover wasn't the right one and sent me a second cover. This process took well over two months. The second cover was missing a lock down strap. Again after providing him with pictures of the cover he replaced the exterior cover shell. Then in November the cover began to deteriorate leaving particles of Styrofoam inside the spa. I called ************ and provided him with many pictures of the spa cover as well pictures of the Styrofoam particles floating in the jacuzzi. First, he told me it was my fault for not putting in the proper chemicals! I kept the spa water balanced per the test strips. Then he told me he was going to reach out to the manufacturer (Dream Maker Spas) to request a replacement. He said they turned down his warranty request. I spoke to **** at Dream Maker, they haven't heard from ***********. And the cover I was given was something REc got out of their warehouse that Dream Maker hasn't used in years. Service from REc ********** was terrible from the very first issue, wrong cover, replacement cover damaged and then lied to me about calling the manufacturer for a replacement. I have pictures of my inferior cover as well covers by Dream Maker Spas and they are not the same covers! My recommendation for Spa purchases is don't use REc **********!
