    On Nov 11,2021, I signed contract with *** Nerf, sales designer representing Screen builders, to install a Patio Enclosure at ************************************** for a price of $1650. A 50% payment in amount of $825 was paid by CC, and He took the measurements and gave a copy of design. Mr *** assured that the whole project will take around 2 months, but not later than end of Jan 2022. In first week of Jan 2022 Mr ****** came and again took measurements saying should not take more than 3 weeks to finish the project. And today it is going to be 8 months, but nothing than excuses, from Ms ******** who is the point person.I have made repeated phone calls, but nothing, either they slam the phone on me soon they hear my name or say they will get back. Last call made was yesterday and was told that Ms ******* will get back when she has time. It is a shame How this company is taking advantage of Seniors like us.I plead and hope you can use your good office to get this resolved. I am looking for this company to finish the installation or refund the money as of todays cost

    Screen Builders is the worst customer service company I've dealt with for getting a new business quote. It's enough to know that I called for (4) times for a quote. The person (Ms. *******) answered the phone all 4 times and advised she would forward the request for quote to a Mr. *** *******. He never returned one call. On August 26, 2021 I called again and Ms. ******* advised me that *** was in his office all day and she personally told me she'd walk the quote request to ***. *** never called me back. In my experience, If a company will not call back a potential customer it's best not to do business with them.

    Our salesman, *** *******, did contact this customer, explained how busy we are and how long it takes to even get a quote. Mr. Garofalo was very rude and aggressive with our receptionist. Our practice is that when a customer is that rude and aggressive before we even give him a quote, we prefer to turn down the sale opportunity and avoid further problems as we deal with delays that are normal in the construction industry. *** ******* politely advised the customer that it would best if he contacted another company to do his job.

    The Business comment is absolutely false and mis-leading. First, I was very nice and asked for a quote. The receptionist took my name and advise a salesperson (*** *******) would call me back. I waited 4 days and called back again. The receptionist stated the salesperson was out on calls and would call me back. I waited another 2 days before calling back. Never received a call. The thought was is the receptionist really doing her job?! The third time I called, again being very polite the receptionist stated I'm very sorry you have not been called *** is in the office and I'll walk over and tell him your on the phone. I waiited 10 minutes on hold and neither the receptionist or *** called me back. The 4th time I called I was told "we are very busy" due to covid, etc. I said how long are you going to use the "covid" excuse. Either you want the busy or you don't. I been in busy for over 40 years and I've always called back a customer. *** is the "rude" person here. Hiding under the receptionist and blaming her. The only practice this company has is being rude to their customers, not being professional in calling back customers and thinking you need me, I don't need you now! But that policy will change because their are other companies that are professional, return calls, etc. I'm glad *** called me back. I wanted to talk with him and see what kind of employee he was to keep a customer waiting close to 2 weeks to receive a call.

    Second, I wrote these comments because I wanted to warn new customer not to trust them or ***. The company will use all kinds of excuses such as delays in the industry, covid, labor shortages, etc. Never hire a company that give you a list of excuses before you even hire them.

    Third, *** was not polite. He had an attitude! Saying to me "we don't want your business". That's fine. You should have told me that on the first phone call instead of playing me. Hopefully, people read these comments and I'm satisfied I didn't hire them. I have hired another contractor to do the job. You see there is always some one better, faster, more aggressive and professional in their approach and those are the successful people. If *** is to business he should quit.
