      This company is a slumlord company. I waited 3 weeks for a hot water heater. I have emails back and forth proving this. I live in a one bedroom/1 bathroom apartment and waited a week for them to fully fix my toilet. While waiting for the fix, I was given an empty apartment key as an alternate. Then, when the weekend came and I was going to be housing my daughter, I got a hotel room because I did not feel it safe for her to go to use the bathroom in an empty apartment. They refuse to compensate me for the hotel room. They were also told to get a dehumidifier for the apartment to help get rid of the excess water (its really raw sewage from the backed up septic system) that remains in the subfloor. No one has come to install the dehumidifier. It is now over 2 weeks since this problem started. They also said that the company who was supposed to install said dehumidifier claims that they couldnt because of my dog being loose in the apartment.I do not have a dog.I reviewed my ring footage, no one ever came.They refuse to call me, after I have requested for them to call me multiple times.Never rent from any property managed by this company.They are slumlords.

      They will ruin your credit for no reason. I left after my lease ended and a balance was charged ($360) to “RHINO Insurance” a renters insurance they made me get before moving in. Full amount was paid to this insurance. Yet they still sent it to collections for a totally different amount (600s they keep adding a dollar each month that they report it to our credit) that was never reported to me. It has been months and I keep getting the run arounds with management that it will be removed. It still has not been removed and to top it off the collections company “IQ Data” just reported another collection account for who knows what. I have proof of everything. Emails with ***** ****** as well as pictures.

      My air conditioner died three weeks ago. Haven't heard from anybody since been trying to get in contact with maintenance. Still haven't heard from anybody it's crazy. Such a malfunctioning Property Management.

However, our maintenance team has confirmed that the air arrives today. they will contact you to coordinate the installation tomorrow morning.
