            This is the Association in charge of the ********** Plaza Condominium. Ever since they took over all they are done is rise the monthly payment while the roof is leaking into a few apartments and the elevators are most of the time out of service. They keep promising to repair the roof for the past 3 years, while on the fifth floor every time it rain, the water keep getting into some of the apartments. Just as a reminder in this building most of the tenants are elderly people with low income and mostly retired .

            This management company is very unprofessional. They do not answer emails or return calls. Especially when it comes to legal documents that are on a time window for response. They say they have 48 hours for turn around time and they do not respond within that window either. The property manager is even harder to reach and doesn't respond to anything in a timely manner either. She seems to always be "out of the office". I sent an email to follow up on the sale of a property, pending to close and she did not respond until 6 days later. This delayed response held up our entire closing process. If your buying and see this is the managing company, it is worth to have your investment of money elsewhere. Management companies should be held accountable in the ability to comply in addressing task with more cooperation and better customer service. At the end of the day, paying owners who pay HOA's monthly are the ones paying for all of them to be employed
