            Affinity is the management company that took over my development as of Jan 1, 2024. My development is called ***********. I have sent my Condo payments for ******** February and March. They do not show in my account. I have sent numerous emails with proof that these monies have been taken out of my banking account and forwarded to them. They tell me this is a common problem when I call. They do not answer my emails, not even an acknowledgment that they are looking into it. Supervisors do not return my calls. I have spent hours trying to find out why these payments are not credited to my account with no success. They just say they are looking into it when I call. Totally unacceptable. Is there fraud going on, I live 1/2 mile from a recent HOA huge money fraud situation. I am beyond frustrated and their business practice and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

            I am giving a start to be able to put a review . They started on our community on 4/1, in my experience and view so far, this is the worst we ever had, I dont comprehend how our board picked this garbage of company. The girls at office are not equipped to deal with this, leave alone the complex and large community I live in. Manager makes decisions as if she was the boss and today a board member has to step in to assist. My friend from another association warned me and so far she seemed correct I can not believe we went from a bad one to a disaster. Their cleaning team is not aware of the smallest thing about commercial cleaning, I had to call office for them to direct them to pick some garbage. I can not believe we got rid of AKAM to start a worst nightmare.Shame on us
