      We have this company at our home 3 times, our pipes were not in good shape and we were having trouble with our bathroom. They came the first time and unclogged the toilet, second time they came to to an inspection with their camera and their camera got trap in our pipes and they damage our floors to remove their equipment, They didn' fix the floors or offer to do it, the pipe in that spot was damage and they said that they can't fixed either. And our problem in the bathroom is still happening, they remove the floors in our main bedroom making a big hole , If they had experience they will advise us to remove the floors in a proper way in that way we can get someone else to come a fix them but they only open a big hole and damage the wood floor. They billed us 4,900 the last visit and the piece of pipe replace is not the right one and the problem is still there. Our toilet and shower get water backed up at least once a week because the part used is incorrect. We had another company to take a look to our whole system and paid 20,000 us and they fix all the other pipes and they fixed our floors , the wood was discontinued and we had a big issue finding that kind of wood. I won't call them again because they don't have the experience they told me that bathroom was never going to get back out and it's still doing it. The first invoice we paid $338 , second invoice $227 and third invoice $4,900 and we still have the issue, I would like to have my money back. I have proof and video from the other company of what they have to do to fix all the pipes in our house but the bathroom they will have to open the floor and replace the type of pipe that John the plumber installed and I didn't want it to let anyone else to do again. The problem is still there we can't flush to much paper because everything will come back to the shower or toilet

      Hello *****, we are very surprised to receive this review.  To start, you have cast iron drains that need to be replaced.  The camera got stuck because it went through an existing hole in the cast iron pipe. We did not create this hole and there was no negligence on our part.  Your husband gave us approval to go through the wood floors to retrieve the camera.  With regards to the back bathroom, we replaced incorrect fittings that a previous company or handyman installed. We gave you upfront pricing indicating what needed to be done and it clearly stated that the we are not responsible for fixing or patching the floors (You approved).  If the bathroom continued to clog it's because the PVC line immediately attaches to cast iron and the cast iron needs to be replaced.  We could never make the guarantee that your bathroom wouldn't back up again as it needs to drain through 70 year old cast iron pipe. You also didn't reach back out to us indicating you were having any continuing issues so as far as we knew everything was working ok. We let you know that until the cast iron is replaced you will continue to have clogging issues. We referred a public adjuster to try to help you try to get coverage for the replacement of the cast iron pipes and thought you would reach back out to us when he advised on what type of coverage you would get.

      Again, we are very surprised by this review as we thought you were happy with our service. We never want a bad review and understand the significance of reviews.  We wish you would have reached out to us if you were unhappy as we would do everything in our power to make you happy.
