Fantastic!! I've used their services twice now. Excellent service from the first call I made to the second job done today. They walked me through the *************** options as well. Very happy. The first team fixed a leak under the floor without tearing up tiles. Today I had my old water heater replaced. Awesome job and team. Thank you so much!!Review from Shelly B

I used 4 Star Plumbing for a toilet repair and a tub spout replacement. The technician Colbert was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions with explanations that I understood. He also cleaned up the areas very well. Colbert is a huge asset to 4 Star Plumbing. I am extremely pleased with his work and this company and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing problems and projects.Review from Yvonne G

Cypress Place is an adult training program for young disabled adults on the 25th of July the backflow was tested and a check for $150 was given cashed on the 28th the test results were never sent in . Yesterday a final notice from the city came when called we were told that there was a leak and in order to fix it it will cost $648 . We are a small non profit company and when another company came out no leak was found . How can this happen ? How can a company wait two weeks not to send the test in never inform us about the leak and charge $150 ? This is fraud . Why how can any company do something like this ?

We performed a backflow test as required by the county and at the time of the testing the device failed. We did not file the failing test report with the city of Hollywood as they charge $15 for each report filed and we wanted to wait until after the repair was made. I apologize for the proposal taking so long to be sent out, but the device failed and is not working properly. As a courtesy, I will write a check to your program for the $150.Review from D. S.

Purchased a condo ,previous owner recommended 4 Star and had them scheduled to repair a shower valve that was previously scheduled but they were waiting for the parts. She paid for the repair. Fast forward 4 months. Collection agency calls me saying I have a overdue bill w 4 Star ! Told them it was a mistake the previous owner paid for that repair. Called 4 Star explained situation lady told me she would check into it and call me back. Never heard back. Turning someone into collections for a paid bill guess they want paid twice! Not checking into the complaint and getting back to me is the last straw for dealing w this company.Review from Paul B

They replied to my request for service immediately. They stayed in touch with me all the way through the appointment process. Bob the technician that did the work explained what was needed to perform the job we wanted done. His work was very thorough and he was mindful of keeping our house neat and tidy while he was working. It was a pleasure to have him as our technician for this job. I recommend 4 Star Plumbing and will definitely use their services again in the future if need be.Review from Rodolfo S.

I call this company to repair my water heater my water heater had a tickling sound
And the technician decided to open the water heater making me believed that
It was the tank. They replace the whole tank and the problem still there
The tickling sound never went away. I call them to see what's the next step
