Trenchless Pipe Lining / Blueprint Plumbing were nice to me and answered all my questions from the beginning through the end of the job. I appreciated them answering my many questions. In the midst of the job, there was an unexpected hiccup, which they corrected. It has only been two days since they completed the job, but I believe their work will be the solution for my cast iron pipes.Review from Philippe M

This company did a good job The pipes look very clean with the epoxy through the video they provide after the job is finished I did this work because the house was built in 1964 and I know that cast iron pipes do not last forever This is a preventive action We are very happy Thank youReview from Zeke C

It is a pleasure dealing with a company that is responsible and professional. They know what customer service is all about. They were excellent in the initial installation - timely, but they were just as responsive when we had a recent issue - that is the true meaning of customer service and pride in the work they do. The people that came to do the work were nice and professional. Of course, I dont know the success of the pipelining, because time is the only way to find out. The only thing that I would suggest is that they tell you upfront that there will be cast iron pipes, such as those going to the shower, that cannot be lined.Review from Zoila A

The plumber was able to provide an accurate assessment and although there were some scheduling setbacks, the job was completed seamlessly and the team worked through the evening to complete the job. The communication for the proposed cost and invoices were prompt. 4.5 stars. The only reason why we would reduce the star rating was due to showing up at the time stated and inconsistent communication leading up to the job start. Overall, would recommend.Review from Reshena C

I can't say enough about the team at Trenchless Pipeling. From the office staff to the work crew, it is a A+ class organization that takes pride in their work, the people they employ, and the customers they help. They are extremely detailed oriented from start to finish, explaining what will be done, how it will be done, and when complete, showing what was done with narrated videos of the completed work. Even after the work was finished, they followed up on the 27ft installed to ensure all things were operating as expected and if we had any questions on the work. I've referred them to friends, family and neighbors and they continue to impress. Amazing team, and most importantly, people!
